The Never-Ending Bookshelf

Book two of the series wasn't as great for me as the first. I think it did a good job of continuing the story line and was written well but, it seemed to be more-or-less the same book as The Hunger Games. For the majority of the book, the two books were very similar. Once the games began there were a few differences in the way they were played and come of the characters positions but overall the whole book was somewhat a repeat.

It wasn't until the end that things changed enough to mark this book as continuing the plot set in place by The Hunger Games. I am hoping that Mockingjay completes the story well and doesn't end up causing the whole trilogy to be a disappointment.
